158.2 seem to be stuck here for a few days. Guess the pizza for dinner last night didn't help. I made it myself but it was too much for one meal! I guess at least I didn't gain!

149.2. . Now just got to stay below 150. Not bad since I did eat some candy and had a Margarita. But maybe walking around with the kids, helped burn it off.

Hiddenstar yay!!! Well done! I'm sure it will stick this time!

So I'm 158.4 today. I'm going on holiday for a week on Tuesday to Vietnam. My goal is not to gain weight on the trip. I'm going with some pretty healthy friends so fingers crossed it works out!

Been MIA for I dunno how long. The prior thread for sure, tho. I haven't gone off the wagon, just a lot happening.

BUT my body has gotten in gear again, I think. I hadn't seen the 150s since some time in September and now I am finally back to within one pound of my previous low. Nice to see you, old friend, the 150s but I'd like to say goodbye again. I wouldn't like to speculate when that's going to happen. I will just remain patient.

Signed up for a 5K next weekend and planning on registering for another one this week for the following weekend also.

149.2 again. Fingers crossed that it won't go back to 150's. Going to give it a few days to be sure.

Val glad there was no gain from your pizza My new pizza is made with just cheese, meat and veggies no crust or sauce, doesn't taste bad. My little one melted cheese on a plate once and I took it from there .

Mad Donnelly, good to see you, glad that you basically maintained during your absence (I've been MIA also and also basically maintained) Good for you on the 5K's

I weighed in at 156.8 this morning, just saw a post from 6/30 and I have only loss 1.8lbs since then, smh. I've got to do better.

157.8 today, getting excited about going on holiday tomorrow! Really need it, so burnt out. I will be taking my newly acquired travel scale so probably will check in every day internet willing.

Love2b thanks for the pizza idea, and don't be annoyed with your loss, it might not be masses, but it's still a loss and shows you can stay around the same weight for a while and not only not gain but actually lose!

Hiddenstar, so when are you going to call it and say you are officially in the 140's? Will be a shame to have you leave the thread but hopefully I'll make it to the 140's before you have moved on from there ;-)

See, this is the thing. We're constantly beating ourselves up over not being better or "perfect". It's self defeating to constantly think of ourselves as failing. Eating is not failing. We all have to eat. I can't worry about what I did yesterday, but I can still control what I do tomorrow.

149.2 third day in a row.

Valmorel - I will probably give it a day or two more to make sure it sticks. Looking forward to moving on but hate leaving my friends here. I might be a life long member of the 140's. I really doubt if make it to the 130's being tall. So I will be waiting for you.

Love2b150 - yay your back. Pizza sounds interesting. I'm assuming you had to eat it with a fork or something.

Mad Donnelly - your right. We need to stop worrying about yesterday. Just try to do better.

I did have a few bites of pancakes yesterday along with my omelet (I'm low carb) so I won't be seeing my 158 today. Otherwise, was on plan except for some dark, dark chocolate (so no ketosis either). So this week, since I'm not yearning for those things, I'll be on plan and running for my 5K so we'll see.

158.2, seems like ground hog day weight wise. At least it's in the 150's and not 160's though.

Hopefully at some point it will drop (even on holiday!) off on holiday this afternoon.

Hiddenstar, well then I look forward to seeing you in the 140's before new year! I am a shortie so at some point I hope to see the 130's and even 120's but for now I'll just be happy with making it to the 140's haha

THANKS LADIES for all the bday wishes!!! I haven't been keeping up on here because I remain at 152 mostly. I'm kind of happy with where I am and I've been more like in maintenance mode, but soon I'll try to move down in to the 140s. Probably in time for Vegas next month! SHEEZ! I didn't realize it was so close until I just said it, so I guess I should start trying again! With school I can't ride my bike as much, so I guess that's really the reason I'm hung up here at 152.
