In! I managed to lose 7lbs the last go-round so I'm going to shoot for 7 again. I'm starting with Monday's weigh-in (October's final).

10 lbs is high for me to lose in a month, but I only missed it by .6 in October, so I will shoot for 10 again.

I desperately need to get back on track... I'd use my weight from my last official weigh in day (Sunday) but I weighed myself this morning and I was up, must be bloating because I really don't think it's fat, but I'll start there. For me, honestly I'd just be happy to finally break into the 280's! Good luck everyone, I know we can do this!

HW 152-154 (want to maintain at the very least)

Pretty sure I won't make 10 unless a miracle happens as I've lost 7lbs in Oct and 7lbs in September.

But I will still try my hardest 10lbs this month would take me to a healthy weight at last so it means a great deal to me. I would of course be happy with any loss though.

CW: 152 (1st Dec)
GW: 150

Hi. New here. 10 probabally won't melt from my body but with dedication 5 should. my sw 214#
Gw 209#s getting thru Thanksgiving. Might be my biggest obstacle but my want to be thin is bigger than my want for empty nutrient foods.. Avalonmoon*

I want in on this as well. The first goal I set for myself was to get to 250 and I'm getting so close, but at my last weigh in I was back to 260. If I can get to 250 by December 1st that would be great, but it won't be easy for me with Thanksgiving coming up. I'm up for the challenge though. Good luck everyone

I'm in! I need a boost, so I am going to aim for the 10lbs! I realize it might not happen, but I will take what I can get!

Since I weigh in on Fridays, my SW is from last week, but if that's ok, I am gonna start counting from there!

Unhappy the scale was not my friend this morning

After eating all that stupid halloween candy I was back up to 263 this morning
