B: 3/4 scoop Syntrax Nectar Vanilla Bean Torte with coffee
L: 3/4 scoop Syntrax Chocolate Truffle shake with 1c. spinach and coconut oil, romaine salad with mustard, EVOO, ACV
S: 3/4 scoop Syntrax Chocolate Truffle shake with 1c. spinach and coconut oil
D: Tofu sauteed with with kelp noodles, 2c. celery and bok choy, romaine salad with EVOO and ACV

SUPER hungry today. Ate lunch early. Drinking some peppermint tea.
Gym: Foam Roller release class - hurts so good!
Will have an extra packet (Pink lemonade or orange drink) if I'm still starving since this is more than 1 hour of exercise today, even tho it is light exercise.
D salad w/ chicken or else big mac in a bowl.
S: either a chocolate shake or a chocolate muffin. I don't quite have enough veggies left to put zucchini in the muffin tonite.
You know Lisa, I find the days I do PT I get super hungry and we're doing very, very basic light work right now (although we're doing 30-45 minutes). I've started bringing extra lettuce to the office to help. And sometimes a hard boiled egg.
With that exercise you should add another unrestricted packet. Only light exercise is recommended starting only after several weeks on IP!

Thanks! The only "packets" I have left are restricted and I already ate my Quest bar....any suggestions? Should I add more protein at dinner? Another 1/2 of a Quest bar?
