Some folks will use any of them as restricted.
Others are more particular about staying closer to IP guidelines (which you may have interpreted as the "I am right" tone) and have ruled about a few because of higher fat or calorie content. This is why you don't see a "final" answer. The shades of gray.
There are only a couple that sit on the fence between restricted and unrestricted. Those are the chocolate peanut butter and strawberry cheesecake at 160 calories. A few people count them as unrestricted. Others count them as restricted b/c they're on the fence. Many people have found quest bars slow or stall them so watch carefully to determine what happens.
