I buy miracle noodles from www.iherb.com, they are $2.38/pkg and have free shipping for US orders > $20. I also buy my sweet leaf liquid stevia from them in chocolate, english toffee, vanilla creme, hazelnut, etc. and use those to flavor my coffee, puddings, shakes, etc.

My coach suggested I make a cabbage broth which will last for 4-5 days and add it daily to any of the soup mixes along with your preferred veggies. There are quiet a few in our office that love it this way. Personally, I prefer to use the cabbage and broth with my veggies for lunch minus the soup mix. Of course, if you don't use the soup packet be sure to have a protein packet of your choice such as your shake, RTD, pudding, etc.
Lace, not to sound dumb but how do you make cabbage broth? Just boild cabbage in water? And is the point to extend the soup into a bigger meal then? Sounds healthy.

I got my ticker! Almost as exciting as the -2.2 lost this week. Not as good as the previous weeks but I'm still happy with -16 in 3 weeks. And 20 inches. I couldn't have been as will powered strong if it weren't for all of you. Thanks!

Which store is it..? I live close enough to Seattle to go check it out. I go to Fred Meyer, and Albertsons has a very small selection of WF, would like to check out other places.

Thanks so much Bariwise and Wonderslim are very similar, I'll use this to make sure that I'm not getting sucked into uber bars.

I'm eating my protein shakes/bars 3 x per day, 4 cups veggies, getting my meds, salt and oil, so far haven't had any extra snacks during the week, but when I'm getting upset I notice it's hard to not snack. I'm holding on tough though, so here's hoping' I make it to next week.

I haven't weighed this week but sure feel the inches lost; I have gone down several clothing sizes since starting, so that has to be good!
I am careful w/ restricteds and rarely have them. I bought a bunch for an upcoming vacation though.

This may sound horrible but give it a try: mix WF BBQ sauce with WF whipped peanut butter and spread think in celery ribs for a snack. I think its pretty nice. In the beginning I was not a WF fan, but taste buds change.

Thanks!! I lived in Japan for several years and have always loved that kanji. It means strength and power. I think I may even get a little tattoo of it somewhere when I reach goal!
