Spinach and berry smoothie

I think I need to start adding fat to my smoothies to make them more filling. I get plenty of protein in them (from soy milk and greek yogurt, probably about 20 grams) but I don't find them very filling. I was googling ideas for how to add fat to it and one article suggested flax seed oil, which I happen to have in my fridge. So, I'll give it a go tomorrow...

Trying the smoothie today with flax seed oil! So far, it's extra tasty (the fruit actually tastes sweeter!) and we will see how it does for fullness

My flax seed oil is about to expire so I'll probably keep adding it anyway..not gonna waste the ridiculous amount of money I spent on it.
