Ugh I had a beautiful yummy lunch recipe planned but got too busy and had to hastily make some sandwiches :/ Two using gluten free bread, tempeh, light mayo, avocado, and lettuce. I hate resorting to sandwiches but I was very hungry and only had 10min. Was a -3 and ended +3.
I had a lunch meeting that went all morning too, so I missed my morning snack and only had an egg for breakfast. My lunch was eating the filling out of two wrap halves (one turkey lunchmeat, and the other vegetarian) and a jicama/zucchini/pineapple salad.
I ate a good amount of food, but it just wasn't filling like my soup is. This is why I always bring a backup lunch, but I just went for the modified meal and I certainly can't eat another lunch now!
Rushing around all day. I hate that, I make bad choices when I'm busy. I skipped lunch but just got home starved.
I'll consider this lunch.
1 slice of fiber flax bread a few slices of turkey and mustard.
A scoop of cottage cheese and a very tasty ripe tomato.
Rice, stewed manioc, steam cooked vegetables, grated carrots with vinaigrette, pasta with basil and cheese. I also had consed milk pudding for dessert.
