Hi all,
Did my training session - it was a new weights programme which looks a lot easier to follow - followed by HIT ..... about an hour and 1/4 all up ...

no exercise for me today. wasn't well when I woke up this morning. decided it was best to rest today. woke up at 5:00 and took a pill. also called work to let them know I wouldn't be in and cancelled my bus in. went back to bed and woke up about 5 or 6 hours later.

Have to share with my fitness buddies - I've been below 200 pounds for three days in a row ...... so think I can call my first goal met ...
Am now below 200 pounds ....

just got in from going outside for a few minutes. had to take a couple of bags of trash to the curb. will have breakfast and work out to leslie sansone in a few minutes.
