My brother made it through his surgery fine yesterday. He will know more about next steps when he sees his doctor next week. Thanks for your prayers!

that's wonderful news that your brother made it through his surgery. hope he gets good news from his surgeon next week. I worked out with leslie sansone today. I will take it easy the rest of the day as i'm not doing very well. am a little bit nauseous.

Hi all,

This morning I did my weights session at the gym and a 30 minute pilates session in the virtual room.

Turbolaura : Yes I am enjoying my summer vacation. Although it is still not that warm here. Usually the weather is the warmest in February when we return. School counsellor - that must be a demanding job.

I also had a busy day-specifically this afternoon. I took advantage of the break in the weather and went to a nearby community to stock up on things. when I got home, I went to stores here in town and stocked up on more things. I also stopped at the post office to mail a couple things. I will fix supper in a few more minutes.

Smilingin - bummer that it's not that warm! I love my job and yes, it can be quite dmanding .

Today: Turbo Fire Hiit 15 and 10 sets of upper body strength traing.

Add in a 50 minute walk this afternoon ...

And it is a scorcher today !! Just as I was saying summer was missing ....
