Hi all!
Thank you, Diana, Deb, Smilingin and Teacher! It's a nice confirmation to see the scale moving during week 1! My jeans feel different, too!
Teacher - Glad you're feeling better and AWESOME on 2 pounds
Great workouts, all! Rest day for me! My body felt so tired today as I'm adjusting from no activity to Turbo Fire!

Good Morning, Everyone!
TTOM/PMS hit me really hard yesterday. I didn't add on any stretching last night since I felt so bad. I took some Advil and was able to sleep well last night, which was nice since I didn't sleep well Friday night. No Oxycise this morning since I slept late but wanted to see my church program. I am finding that my TTOM/PMS stuff is more intense during this stage of my life.
ciecie Great job starting your exercise early in the AM. I am so not a morning person.
Have a blessed day!

I will rest well tonight. dad and I were going out to dinner but decided to stay home as the snow storm started hitting here earlier than expected. I have some dinners in the freezer that I can put in the microwave for dinner. I will make up my mind about going to work when I hear the closings and cancellations list in the morning.
