Hi! I've been MIA for quite awhile. I've been doing other videos beside the Firm, but on Wednesday my Firm Express arrived. I'm doing one each day with a rest between cycles. So far I've done all of Emily's cycle. I really like these. They're so fast and fun.
I've been modifying some of the high impact, but I do try to get my feet off the floor for the 8 second bursts.
Today I'm starting the second cycle with Rebekah. I'll let you know how it goes.
Cathy, I love the Firm Express workouts. Even the ones with Rebekah, which seem to drive some people crazy (they don't like her WOOO all the time, but it doesn't bother me). I do one a week as an add on, because I have to be careful with high impact. ETA I walked the dog for 30 mins before the cold rain and wind started.

Sorry I've been MIA too. Last week was a crazy week for me and I didn't get my workouts in. This week is going to be better and I promise to check in every day.
Chrys I like Rebecca in Firm Express too. I also like her in Total Body Time Crunch. That's one of my favorite DVDs.
Cathy - There are times I do other DVDs but I still post 'em here.
No workout for me this evening. I'm dealing with withdrawl symptoms since I haven't had sugar in 2 days. I hope tomorrow is better. The good thing is that I havent been hungry.
You are doing an awesome job!!! I've not done much activity this week since it was my first week of no sugar/carbs. Starting today I will be back at it. I want to make sure I don't lose any of the muscle I've worked so hard to build. Keep up the great work!
I just completed Firm Express Cycle 2 Cardio. Whew!! I couldn't keep up with the bursts but by the time I finished, I was drenched. I need to do more of these workouts so that I can remember all the moves since they're so fast paced.
Question, does or has anyone done the hour long Lower body and/or Upper Body Sculpt? I don't like them near as much as the shorter Standing Legs & Upper Body DVDS. Just want your thoughts.
Gigi - I've not done those workouts. I have some of the DVDs but I just let those collect dust I don't like the 1 hour workouts either.
Today I took a rest day and tomorrow I will be starting a 30 day Firm Express rotation. I am going to do the beginner rotation and I plan to include walking a few days a week too.
