Skittles-Your poor little body. 6 days a week is really a lot.

Hun-thank you for the birthday party.

I am still holding my weight at 125. I can't believe that this is true, but have weighted myself for 3 days in a row. I am holding at 125 which is really good.

I really love being a skinny person.

kris- to the 120's little girl.

:c ongrat: I like to have parties to celebrate weight losses.

It sometimes gets harder to lose, so some of us spend time thinking of new ways to amp up the weight losses. I am still mulling over new ways to lose, I recently discovered if I let myself be a just a little on the edge of being hungry at night before bedtime I will lose weight. Not real hungy just slightly. Exercise is a good extra to add in if you can. I can't do exercise very well. I'm handicapped and old. I do what I can but it's not enough to amp up my losses.

Thanks for the welcome! My body is already SO happy compared to the 150's! I've always been closer to 110 (I was actually 90 forever, and no more than 105 after 4 kids). I'm SO excited for this next 10 lbs to come off! I have a very petite bone structure and I'll be so much better off at this end of the 100's!

Wow, it is either freezing cold here or super hot. Sometimes all in one day! I just walked during lunch (cut my time back EVEN MORE!!!), and am now eating super cold pineapple for my pick me up (and keep me from continuing to melt!).

But ah, walking is so relaxing, even at a super fast pace!

I just clicked something and lost my entire post. This can't happen to an old person Ack! No way I can remember it. It was something about starting diet over and the plans I had to do it.

Grocery shopping-planning menus-prepare ahead of time day-inspiration pc program.

Kris-

I gained 2 pounds and I need to get back on diet. Ugh!

Step 1--plan menu for week
Step 2--buy groceries
Step 3--Prepare foods ex: boil eggs, cut celery sticks and start up crock pot

Worked my behind off all weekend- painting and some landscaping! Saturday was too busy to eat or cook for the most part, and then yesterday I finally ate some more- heaped my plate up only to find out my stomach has shrunken a LOT. Well then. Yay!

kris-I could use you here. seriously though, I am proud of you for all the work you did, I hope you get a little reward, at WI.

I went and bought a couple things at the groc. store so I started back on my diet right away. I was a good girl too.

I had trouble getting in and out of my son's truck, my knees kept giving out on me. I need to do some deep knee bend exercises, if I'm going to continue to be a normal person rather than my age.

eyyyyyyyy just got to the 120s greetings to the lovely people in this forum

may or may not try to get out of the 120s? might just stay at the low 120s, not so sure yet - I'll have to see how much I weigh when I gain a bit more muscle and just see how I feel!

either way, glad to be here! haha

126.7 this morning! So happy! AND, I'm wearing a pair of jeans that I bought last year that I LOVED but never was able to wear! They said size 4, but were soooooo small compared to every other size 4. But they are spandex free and don't lose their shape and I'm tickled to death that I can not only pull them up easily, but button them and still lean forward lol.

I'm noticing that I'm STARVING hungry all the time right before a whoosh. I must remember that.
