Sticking in there at 148. Was up to 150 again for a few days but I'm happy to be back at 148. Started counting calories again now that the holidays are in the distant past, not great with it every day but doing it more days than not. Bumped 100 calories out from what I was eating losing very slowly, and have been under more often than over so fat this week
I hope to be in the 130s before swimsuit season, which will start in June at the latest here in VA Beach. If I keep it up with counting my calories I should even be able to meet my goal weight of 130 by then!
Hi everyone. I've returned to 3fc after a long absence and this seems like the thread for me.
I started the "featherweights what's your story" thread (sticky above) 6 years ago. That's come as an awful shock, 6 years of messing about to add to the decade or two beforehand. Anyway, I'm currently at 140.4 but have been stuck here for a couple of weeks. Desperate to see the 130s
Hey guys- I've been posting in the 20-something thread but I decided to post here too. I am currently 146.6. I'm hoping to be out of the 140s by march. My weight loss is slow because I have been very lax with my diet. I allow my self to eat whatever I want but in lighter portions. I am going to try to add in exercise here soon and hopefully that will ramp up the weight loss.

HI! This makes me happy because your plan sounds so much like mine Eat everything, in moderation, and lose weight slowly. I honestly think that is why I was able to maintain my weight within a couple pounds over the holidays. I also am hoping to add exercise to my plan, though, I've been saying that all month now. Anyways, nice to have you in the thread!
Hi guys! 149 today for the first time in many years, so I'm thrilled. My goal is 135 though, so I have a few more pounds to go still.
In 4 weeks ill be going to a spa with a new guy I'm dating and want to look amazing the first time he sees me in a bikini. My goal is to be 140-142 by February 21 it won't be easy but ill try my best!
Been around 147 for the past few days finally under 148 Today I even woke up with the scale sitting just UNDER 147 which thrilled me. Probably closer to 146.8 or so than 146.5 but my scale is old school so IDK exactly. Slowly creeping out of this thread!
