IntuitiveMe: We have about the same goal and are in about the same place! Go you! I hate the 140s too, mostly because it still sounds so far away from goal.
K9Owner: Ah, I know what you mean! I have been here since september. Which is when I put a hold on weightloss. Started back up end of january but it's going superslow. In the past 2 weeks I've been bouncing up and down around 141-145. I hit 140.2 for a day, but it's gone gone gone.
We'll get there eventually ladies! Just have to keep it up and stick to our plan. That's what kills me everytime. I'll go offplan only slightly, but it's enough to mess up my body so it will hold onto stuff again. Weird. For others it supposedly works the other way around sometimes. Not for me.
142 today. Which is 0.8 lbs less than yesterday and 0.8lbs more than last monday. LOL. I refuse to update my ticker till I am below 140. I just am not gonna accept these 2lbs. They will be gone whenever my body let's go of whatever it is holding onto.
