I've hit a milestone today!!! I am 142 which is officially 15 lbs lost since my 6 week pp weight.

Tonimaroni just keep at it and you will see a drop in your measurements which is a better way of measuring loss than the scale anyways.

Morning

No WI for me today. I had Chinese food for dinner and I feel BLOATED! My period is about 2 days late as well.

I used my yesterday's weigh-in as my official weigh-in for recording purposes... I am sure I am at 148 today...but I know it is all just water weight.

Plan for today is to drink loads of green tea to flush out my system. -- I wish TOM were to get here already (DID I actually say that? )

Sarah - way to go, you should be proud of all your hard work!

I'm up 2 on the scale today to 146.2 -Insanity program started, sore muscles and TOM on its way, so I'm thinking next week I'll have a major whoosh and possible put me into the 130's!?!? Here's to hoping.....
I saw one of those funny ecards on FB yesterday that said "I'm too fat to go into work today". LOL it made me laugh really hard/

144 and still no TOM, I am super crampy tho. This is a new low for me
Even with bloat, I feel skinny. If this continues...I may truly be out of 140's for my DD grad date. That would be awesome! (6/12)

Hello....everyone! I weighed in at 146.6. Another .6 of a pound. I can't believe how quickly I'm losing this weight. I know the exercise is finally paying off. I decided to rest for a couple of days because my legs were feeling sore and I don't want to injure myself. Tomorrow, I'll be ready to exercise once again at the gym and I can't wait.

I can't even believe this!! I went to the cottage over the weekend and didn't weigh in. I was careful but not perfect. ( Had my shake for breakfast but had one piece of bacon too) I am 140.2!!!! I definitely think I will make my goal of 139.something by Friday.

You guys are all doing so great!!! This weekend was not good to me... I'm up about 4.5 lbs!! Surely it's mostly water weight from exercising, carb overload, and TOM but I won't be out of the 140's for awhile.

It looks like everyone is doing great. I am at 141.75 this morning. I haven't seen that # in years. I feel so good about it, even though I can stand to lose about 15 more lbs as I'm only 5'3" tall.

Yesterday I hit 145 & was ready to send up a flare as that is "Normal BMI" -a mini goal - but up a lb. today. I'm 5 4" (on a good hair day ) & 145.5 is the cutoff. So 8 oz. is the difference in "normal" to "overweight". Nonsense.

I realize it is just a guideline, but BMI SO misleading, it doesn't take into account frame size. On my puny frame, 145 is still way too much, but on a larger framed, muscular person, that would be thin. "Ideal weight" is so individual.

Anyway, when do I get to consider myself a "Feather weight" (another mini-goal)?

MM I am with you! I know all about BMI and how misleading it is...BUT I just want to get there. I want to be considered "normal" I have gone as far as calculating what that darn 1/2 inch means

Weigh in day for me today, I'm up 4 lbs to 148.6. It was expected, but still incredibly disappointing. I usually don't retain this much water during TOM, but realistically I couldn't have gained that much weight in a week so it HAS to be water. That's what I'm telling myself.

Mountain Mama - Congratulations on getting to a normal BMI!

Ivy - you're almost out of the 140's, yay!!

Tonimaroni I am like that too and could gain up to 6 lbs easily during TOM and that was back when I was only 100 lbs. I hope that you see it swoosh back down soon.

MM I want to be normal BMI too even though I know that it isn't all that acurate for me. 139 is healthy for me but I feel like I look heavy even at 120.

Ivy that is great! Looks like we might hit the 130's at the same time.

I was 141.8lbs this am so I bounced up a bit but I also didn't ...ahem... go yesterday so I think that is why I went up.

145 pounds for me. -- Pretty good considering; we had a party last night and I had wayyyy too much to drink AND finally TOM decided to show up. So if I won't pig out, Friday's weigh in should be pretty awesome I would love to get out of 140's fast. 150's were almost impossible to beat, and I stayed there for months and months....

Sarahlynn; You probably will abandon us this week, won't you? You are so close to the 30's!!

tonimaroni2 I usually retain a ton of water as well...don't fret...just keep drinking extra water.

Sum38: I really do hope to move on to the 130's by the end of this week. I hope that you will soon follow.

I was 141.4 this am so coming back down and still haven't taken care of business so hopefully that will make a difference for tomorrow.
