Woke up to 142 on the scale today! Very surprised after my party yesterday. Granted I was too busy to eat real food after breakfast but the cupcakes and chips and copious amounts of alcoholic jello I thought would more than make up for that.

Not expecting to see this number as a regular thing but HOPING it's part of the trend! I'd be happy to be at 142 for a few more days.

Lisa- I think 130 is definitely reachable by Valentines, even with the holidays! You just have to not let yourself go TOO overboard indulging in holidays yummies, and make sure to stay active and working out. We can be in it together! My family makes alllll sorts of fudge and home made caramels and cookies at christmas omigosh. But we can both at least not gain through the holidays

I'm down to 141! So close to being in the 130's! I feel like I'll be there in 2 weeks.

I'm new to the featherweights board, and new to this thread, though not new to 3FC. My original goal was 140, but I can see 9 more pounds won't cut it, so I lowered the goal to 130.
Anyway currently 149...trying to get out of the 140s!!

Thanks LisaTcan! At this point, I'm starting to what a difference an extra 100- 200 cals a day can make in weightloss. The closer I get to goal the heard it gets!

144 today... Whoooo! Watch out 130s, here I come!

GlamourGirl - I've noticed my weight loss has slowed down incredibly ever since I hit the 140s, which is frustrating when I had months of 7 and 8 pound loses but I guess slow and steady wins the race

Congrats on getting unstuck sontaikle!

I want to go to the gym..but I have to much work to do. I think I'm not really going to work out until my grad school applications are finished. Priorities I guess!

GlamourGirl - I think 200 cal a day really does make a difference! I drop at 1200 but not at 1400..however eating only 1200 is really hard for me.

LisaTcan - good luck on getting into grad school! I always loved it a lot more than undergrad

melodymist - welcome to the featherweights!

The scale was bouncing between 142 and 143... 140 is the healthy BMI for my height. I'll be so ecstatic when I hit that! Plus, you know, I can say I lost 60 pounds then too

I've been not feeling well since the weekend before halloween so I haven't been as active as I should be. Getting so frustrated by feeling sick!! I'm holding steady around 145-ish though so at least I'm not really going up. I hate being sick. It's just NOT ok by me!

143 again. Pretty good considering it's my TOM.

Uh...wow! I've been so focused on trying to get down to a healthy BMI that I totally missed the part where I hit a healthy weight range for my large-framed body. I hit that 4 pounds ago!!

This is...HUGE!! I've never been considered at a healthy weight. It's been so crazy to put my info into all of these and see "healthy" instead of overweight or obese!

According to lots of calculators and charts, I can weigh between 131-147 pounds and be considered "healthy." I want to get down to 135 at least, possibly maintain 133-135. I'm still not setting a real "goal" right now as I want to see what happens when I lose more. I really like my new, curvy hourglass figure too much to start losing it, so I might stop sooner if that starts to go.

This also explains why it's been getting more difficult to lose the weight. I'm getting close to "the end"
