Congrats DottieMae. I am hoping to see you there soon.

I am 144.2 this am so slowly but surely. I went and bought some slim fast shakes and I am going to work really hard over the long weekend here because I am still determined to see 139.something by the end of the month.

Sarahlynn - I'm with you, slowly but surely is the best way to lose. Mini Milestone this morning - 145.8. At 145 I was going to buy myself new, better fitting clothes, but I think I'll wait just awhile longer because I suppose after this weekend I'll be up on the scale a bit.

That is awesome Tonimaroni! I think you should buy one new outfit that fits like a glove in celebration. No need for a wardrobe redo until you hit goal but it is still nice to have something that fits just perfectly as a reward for all of your hard work.

I was 144.2 this am but I have been wearing a size 3 the last three days so even though the weight loss has been slow going I am still down another size so yay for that! I am now wearing what used to be my fat clothes but atleast they are my clothes again and not clearance rack stuff that I grabbed to bridge the gap between maternity clothes and stuff that I already owned. It feels good to wear pants that used to fit.

147 for me..ugh... PMS week. Plus I had tacos, and it seems I am not tolerating corn too well. If I get by this week at 147, I will be one happy woman. TOM always brings on 3-4 pounds.

I want out, too! But only got to the 140's ten days ago. I was SO excited to get to that weight. Now at 147, it will be a long time before I see anything in the 30's.

Patience!

144.8 this morning! I've been losing weight pretty steadily, but my jeans are still fitting the exact same. This one pair in particular are the ones I wear most often and they fit me the same now as they did 15 lbs ago. So where in the world am I losing weight from!? I have skinny arms and my upper body was never very big... based on how my jeans feel I don't even think I've lost any in my thighs.... I can definitely see it in my face.... but enough of this already I want to see it in my clothes!

I weighed in at 148.2 this morning. I never want to be in the 150's ever again. Weight loss has been extremely slow but at least the scale eventually shows a lower number.
Good luck everyone with their weight loss and getting out of the 140's.

147 lbs. Only a few days away from TOM...Please scale stay there, no more

Eliza31 It was a great relief to get under 150 pounds, safely. I bounced there for soooo long.

toni I feel like I have been wearing the same size of jeans for the last 15 pounds I am hoping that the sizes will start getting smaller quicker when I get 140 and below.

MM Friendly competition? We are both at the same weight

I got down to 143 over the weekend but was 145 this am. I expected it though because I ate a big dinner and had some cake for desert. I am going to stay on plan for the rest of the week and hopefully I will see 142.something by Sunday. I really thought I could make it to 139 by the 31st but it is looking less and less possible. ugh

I weighed-in at 147.6 this morning. I'm .6 down from yesterday morning. Yay!!

Sum38- I always gain around my TOM; the week before and the week of. It's so frustrating.

145.5 this morning and it is pre TOM... I can't believe it!! I am really excited I am giddy because after TOM gets here I usually drop 3-4 pounds

Sarah UGH, I hate carb gain! I am sure it will come off in a few days tho!

Eliza31 On your 0.6 pounds!

Sum - I've been waiting and waiting to buy new jeans. We are about the same height and weight so something's gotta give for us both in the next few pounds. *I hope*

Eliza - way to go, keep it up!

Sarah - if your gain is just water weight from the carbs, then you are really 143 and seeing 139 by the end of the month might still be possible! Or at least close to it...

I'm up on the scale a bit this morning as well. My whole life seems to be falling apart right now so I went out with a couple friends last night for a drink ..... I tried to do some damage control on the treadmill when I got home so my scale wouldn't freak out on me this morning, I think it worked. I'm only up a lb. I'm hoping to see 143 by Friday. These 140's are moving quickly for me, so it's possible.

Sum38- You're doing great. I'm so happy for you.

tonimaroni2- Thanks! I'm sure you'll make your goal by Friday. Let us know.

I weighed-in at 147.2. I'm .4 down from yesterday. I know this won't keep up but it's fun to see the scale get lower.

Tonimaroni you were totally right!! I was 143.2 this am!! So so happy! I was so afraid I would have to spend the whole week making up for one bad eating day but I guess that is not the case. Good for you for working out after over doing it with your friends. That to me is a sign of a lifestyle change vs a diet.

Sum38 I hope that you can stick it out through TOM and then see a swoosh on the scale right after.

Sarah - that's so good to hear... I needed to know my own advice was valid because I'm in the same situation right now lol.

As for me, I started the Insanity workout program yesterday, so I'll be a hurtin' unit for a few days and probably retain a buttload of water in my sore muscles... I'm going to have to only lose weight vicariously through you guys for awhile!!
