144.6 this am!! I am below 145 which was my next mini-goal. Time for a siggy update. I am hoping to get to 143.8 this Sunday but I will settle for just staying below 145 at the very least.
Back on track. I had a bad month and scale reported 151 pounds.
Monday's weight was 150.5 Wednesday's weight was 147. Amazing what clean eating does. I am determined to get below 140 by June 12th; the day my DD graduates from high school. Daily reporting should help.
145.6 this am so up from yesterday. I had a great eating day until dinner and then I went a little nuts. I am hoping that being home today instead of running errands all day will help me keep my snacking on track. I really want to see 143.8 by Mother's Day.
Exactly 140 today! Why could it just have been 139.9? Would have made me happy. Oh well, soon enough I suppose. Went to yoga last night, so I'm guessing I'll likely bounce up to 141 tomorrow as some of that weight might have been water loss from the class.

I was 145 on the dot this am but feel good about my eating and excercise plan today plus the 3 boys are going to my sister's for a sleepover tonight so that makes just having a salad for dinner so much easier. I am throwing a roast in the crock pot for my hubby so he will be well fed and then I am making myself a gigantic salad full of fresh veggies.
Sarahlynn - Thanks, unfortunately I didn't make it to the 130s, but slow and steady and I'll get there.
Sum38, ha! I wish. As I suspected I'm up today at 141.1. Hoping to leave this thread by early next week for good though. Nice work on hitting 146!
I have potluck brunch with my girlfriends this weekend so hopefully I can refrain from eating too much. I volunteered to bring fruit so I'm hoping to fill myself with that and then just take tastes of all the other dishes. Oh, and maybe the weather will be lovely for Mother's Day this weekend so I can spend some time outdoors!

My weight is holding steady at 146 pounds, I am VERY happy about it. My 5 pound bloat loss stuck and perhaps I can drop a pound of fat by Friday and reach my 20 pound weight loss. Half way point.
Guys i am going to be weighing in for the first time in around 3 months on Wed. Any tips of how i should weigh in? Should i make sure that i don't eat prior to weighing in, or not to drink?
Also how do you think that weighing in daily helps you?
I am a bit afraid i will be unhappy with the number on the scale and beat myself up about it everyday!
Irishcanary-the best time to weigh in is first thing in the am, after your morning pee and naked. I find that daily weigh ins keep me accountable and I lose faster and more steadily with them.

DottieMae-you are definitely close enough to get to the 130's some time next week. I hope you managed to enjoy your brunch without over doing it.

Oh and I guess I should report my weight. lol 145 on the dot again but I think after the running I did today chasing kids on our picnic combined with tons of veggies that were eaten that tomorrow will be good.
After a spike day (planned), weight is at 146.5 lbs. I am quite pleased.
I am taking in around 1350 calories today with 5.5 mile walk and some upper body toning. Expecting my scale to go back to 146 tomorrow.
I am doing a spike day each Sunday, hoping it will shock my metabolism a bit. The rest of the week I follow iF with a low carb and high lean protein diet. What are your eating/diet plans ladies?
