I walked for 60 mins on the treadmill today.

This is an old treadmill I only need to use twice a week (while I'm commuting), but I really hate it, and I'm so glad I'll stop commuting on April 17! The treadmill doesn't keep consistent speed, doesn't have a display for the incline level -- it moves up and down, but doesn't tell me what level it is on! -- and really hurts my feet. I also slammed the back of my hand against the frame and caused two little cuts and a bruise.

Ugh. But, I'll be back on it tomorrow for C25K Week 6, Day 1!

I weighed myself at the gym today, for the first time in the past few weeks, and I lost three pounds! Hooray!! So I moved my ticker.
However I am worried that it is not just fat and also muscle that I lost, which is sad. I can tell I look a little thinner in the mirror, but it doesn't look like three pounds. Maybe two pounds.
I really need to get back on track with my weights and get my muscle back. I have been keeping up with cardio though.

I did 45 min. on the elliptical machine today and it really went well.
Then I did my ab stuff and weights and my muscles felt really tired ... because I hadn't worked them in so long. I'm determined to stay on track so the muscles will come back again.

What Ilene said

I joined a running club kinda. It's just a casual thing and I feel sorry for the guy who had to put the brakes on and run with me all the way round!

45 min. on the treadmill, ab and strength training. Went pretty well.

Going out dancing tonight, hooray! And I'm not going to eat any junk while I'm out, either. So there.

CAN I join!! What a great idea, I so need to be held accountable for exercise.

So, this week, I will go to the gym a minimum of three times.
Tomorrow is chest and triceps and the treadmill.

Keep up the great work girls, you make me feel like a lazy slob, and that's awesome!
