Hi everyone.. I hope it's okay if I join in here


Yesterday: run 5k, walk up 20 flights of stairs...then walk down 25 flights of stairs

Today: cycling for 45 minutes, weight training, then a quick 20 min walk/run... and walking to and from the gym.. it's a 15 minute walk from my place

Tomorrow: ??? maybe a run and some stairs

I did an hour and a half of kickboxing - stupid second class was cancelled If I'd know that at lunchtime I would've dragged myself to the gym

Today, I did Firm Cardio Sculpt (55min) and Treadmill walk (60min). It's getting late so I'm not sure if I'll manage to get in another round of cardio.
