Yesterday: run 5k, walk up 20 flights of stairs...then walk down 25 flights of stairs
Today: cycling for 45 minutes, weight training, then a quick 20 min walk/run... and walking to and from the gym.. it's a 15 minute walk from my place
Tomorrow: ??? maybe a run and some stairs





Maybe I'll catch a second wind....
