I got all muddled with work and a dental phobia :^: However ... I did walk last night and I'm going to walk again today and I'm going to do legs.

You are all so good, I usually walk my dog every morning and afternoon, but it is FREEZING in NH tha past few days and I'm a wimp!! However, my student was absent the last two days so I had to do all four lunch duties and work in the library, so I was on my feet and movin!! I'm going to try to walk the pooch today after work, it's not so bad if there isn't any wind. Have a nice day everybody :)

Well OK I'll be accountable. This is good.

Yesterday 3 mile run. 1 mile walk and maybe 15minutes of lower body. I meant to do more but after the run I felt like a slug and then TOM decided to show up.

Today my goal is to walk two miles and do some upper body. I will check in when achieved.

Thanks for this Ilene!

Well my student was out again today so again I had to do 4 lunch duties. So I got a lot of walking in. Hopefully it's not to cold when I get home so I can go for a walk.
