I still have great admiration for anyone who would go out in that cold and push a baby carriage over icy roads

Shoulders too!

I'm also impressed by the stroller-ice combo.

Monday, 30 min eliptical, ab and butt
Tuesday, 30 min eliptical, ab and butt
Wednesday, 15 minute power walk to the metro...brrrrrrr!

I'm starting off slow. My one hip is actually giving me problems. It all started when I was pregnant (3+ years ago). Plus I had a hamstring rip on the same leg during an ill-advised split during a dance competition in my youth! Haaa!

I have worked out every day so far in March!

I just have to say - has anybody done Bikram yoga? I did a class 2 days ago, and today after my workout was STILL so sore that my normal stretching routine was. . .wow. . .NOT.

I used too have a Birkam yoga book. Pretty hard core stuff. I like yoga for relaxing and those poses weren't too relaxing.

4 mile run today.

Never thought of that it does work the shoulders and abs cause I tell you my abs hurt more after pushing the stroller than doing crunches.

Today i did free weights, calestectics and interval training then took the kids to the movies which included a 20 minute walk from the bus stop. My poor son was crying and cold by the time we got to the mall. I thin it wa colder today than yesterday at least up town was.

Sorry, that was confusing. Shoulders...that was me. I did some shoulder work.

The stroller part was a second unrelated thought.

For me I feel stroller in the legs and chest too.

I've lost track of how many episodes of the What Not To Wear marthon I watched yesterday. But during each one, I did some legs and abs! Fun!
