teaching kiddie-winks to NOT beat each other up
Tuesday
2 hours of kickboxing - 1 hour of weapons training
and 1 hour of class.
(Doesn't weapons training sound SO impressive? Basically I was wielding a broomstick
around the place and defending myself with it. It didn't feel like much of a "weapon" but I'm sure you could put someone's eye out with it
)
Wednesday
1 hour of easy weights and cardio - just taking it easy with my knee.
