I'm staying on plan today because my weight is up..........what's up with that? Anyway, I have the day off so I'll be cleaning my desk, paying bills, perhaps doing a little shopping and working on my weekly menu. Gotta tweak it a bit here and there.

I'm staying on plan today because I'd like to look good for my old school career's day, which is in 2 weeks and I'm about the same weight (if not 6lbs heavier) than I was last year!
I'm staying on plan today because now that I'm back on track in terms of counting calories I realized my plateau was just me eating way more than i thought i was and I WANT that scale to move again as it did slowly but consistently when i was tracking every day.
I'm staying on plan today because I really, really want to make my goal. I've entered the Easter Challenge to help me as well. I don't want to settle for 140-142 as my weight. I WANT 133-135. That shouldn't be too much to ask for. When I get there, I can re-evaluate and make sure that that is the best weight for me. But right now, my tummy is still poochy. Anyway, I'm off to a great start today!
I'm staying on plan today because I have had a tough month (bingeing, injuries interfering with exercise), it's the first day of Lent, and I want to reach my goal before summer time! And I will, with the support of these groups!
Erm, I'm not staying on plan today. This is one of the two high days of what i'm calling zig zagging. I suppose if I call it that then it's a plan so i can claim I'm staying on it.
