Weigh-in seemed more normal today at 203.8, but still up from where I was last week...then, TOM showed up unexpectedly early today, so that makes the extreme, unusual bloating seem a little easier to understand now, lol. You gotta love when your cycles are out of whack. Hopefully, I will start losing again soon in spite of TOM. Having a rest day yesterday helped make me feel more energized for workouts today, so I think I needed one. I also didn't hit my water goal yesterday, because I was feeling a little nauseous (probably all that bloat), but I drank one full bottle which is still 2.2 liters, so it was still a decent amount. Going to make sure to drink both today to see if it helps bring down the bloat even more. I also think going to bed early last night helped too, so I'm going to do that again tonight, as well.

I had another little drop this morning. I fully expect to have some rebound tomorrow, but it's nice to keep heading in the right direction. I realized yesterday that I've been eating a fairly low-carb diet for the last couple of weeks (without thinking about it in that way), so maybe that's helping. Have a good day, everyone. I've been logging my calories and except for two days, stayed in the range I wanted. Yet somehow I weigh 4.4 pounds more than I did at the end of December!
Today I weighed 147.4. I'll make my goal weight 142, so a loss of 5.4 pounds. For me, that's a crazy high goal, but I think something freaky is going on with me and water weight. So this might be doable. I sure hope it is!
I've lost 4.2 pounds, so just 1.2 more until goal! As suspected, that bump must've been mostly water weight because it came off quickly.
Losing 1.2 before the month ends is doable for me, since my typical weight loss pace is a little under a pound a week. I hope I make it.
gail28: Thank you! It crept back up a little today, but I think that's just TOM...I will probably yoyo for a few days, but I hope it settles out or whooshes soon!
Weigh-in was 204.2 today, so I'm thinking TOM is just going to be messing with me this week. I just hope I can show some kind of loss for the week by Sunday. We will see...still staying on plan with everything and trucking on.
