Well I was sick as a dog all day yesterday, so this might be fake weight loss, but posting this loss makes me feel a little better so I'm going for it.

Current Weight - 221.0lbs (6.8lbs lost, 13.2lbs to go)
Starting Weight - 227.8lbs
Goal Weight - 207.8lbs
Stretch Goal - 199.8lbs

And not only did the weight loss not disappear immediately upon my eating again, but I've lost more. So me.

I have had company all week,, eating out, not drinking enough water, not eating enough of the IP.. Hmmm. sounds like I am getting my excuses ready for my weigh in later today.. Keep your fingers and toes crossed for me!!

I have been AWOL for close to two weeks.

Hi Scottie - and

I will edit the list and add you (see list below)

Just a thought -- this is a 13 week 20 pound goal.
That averages to a tad more than 1.5 pounds a week.
I'm just wondering, so to not set yourself up for a sabotage,
what if you go for a 13 pound loss, since you are starting so
late? Then you are closer to comparison to what we started.

You can do which ever goal you want, but I want to see you succeed
and

Hello Ladies! Looks like everyone is working hard! Love to see the losses and glad to have people working towards the same goal of getting healthier. I have been eating my weight in fresh tomatoes from my in-laws garden. I love this time of year when fresh produce is in abundance. Hubby and I are heading to the local lake for some camping and boating. I wish you all a great weekend!
