There are a full 13 weeks until the start of Fall, September 22nd, from the end of our Summer Challenge. I've been waiting to see if there would be a new challenge to continue the motivation from the "summer" challenge. This morning I woke up thinking ... START it yourself... so - I am.

Hi Beloved Warrior! I will join you. I've been losing slowly of late, since I underwent surgery on June 22. It wasn't serious and I'm feeling fine now, but I haven't been able to exercise much in the past few weeks and I've spent a fair bit of time in bed, which has slowed down my weight loss. Hopefully, going forward, I will be back on track. My weigh-in days are Mondays, so that's what I'll use.

July 25: 240.6...I need to drop a little over 2 lbs a week to make my goal by Sept. 22nd...I've started off slow

I'd like to join. Heading to Disney the first week in October...need to get the weight off because I have tons of clothes in a storage tub just waiting for me. My weigh in is Fridays...Last Friday 188.6.
