    I went out to eat with a friend last Thursday and overdid the Greek olives. My weight went up the next day because of the salt content in them, they caused me to retain water. It came off quick. Gonna finally try to add some more movement/exercise to my life....want to beat that 20 lbs by a little extra and be below 260 by the end of this challenge.

  • Weigh in day!! only 1 pound more. I am not discouraged at all. Just now need to get more exercise into my lifestyle. Everyone is doing Fabulous.

    To all those who said they have to "move-it, move-it, move-it!"

    So, what are your plans to move-it??

    I have a rebounder - I need to do 5 x 1-2 min p/day
    And - a 10-more min walk p/day (2 times would be better)
    And -- legs on the wall!!

    That's my plan - what's yours??

  • I've had a slip up. I'm back on the wagon, but my weight is a little up.

    Current Weight - 218.0 lbs (9.8 lbs lost, 10.2 lbs to go) Not halfway anymore

    Starting Weight - 227.8lbs
    Goal Weight - 207.8lbs
    Stretch Goal - 199.8lbs
  • I gained 3 pounds but still under 230. I have had a very stressful week. Not giving up. I might not make the 20 pound challenge. But I will try and get close. I hope to be atleast 218.

  • Hey I just found this thread - thanks for starting it. I am in don't know if I can release 20 pounds by fall but I'm up for the challenge. My weigh in days are Sunday.

  • Millie56: You will do the best. Even 1/2 would be an accomplishment. I see 2 pounds a week from now to then is 10 pounds.
