    I think that is about right for my GW. I don't know how to make the ticker for weight loss. I lost 1.2 this week so I am happy to do that because I had and still have company.. Keep on trying.. that is all we can do!

    I had two pieces of bread over the weekend and gained 2.5 pounds? I'm hoping it is water from breaking my low carb rule.

    I jumped on the scale early...honestly I weigh almost every day, but my WW weigh in is on Friday. Feeling sore tonight....Turbo Jam kicked my butt! I am proud of myself. We camped and boated all weekend, but I counted every point, and some of those were beer. Was very happy to see that I didn't gain. I even got up early Saturday morning and did a power walk around the campground. Didn't look pretty, but I got it done. Stay strong ladies!
  • Happy to be down 8.8 since 7/19/16 and joining this challenge. Thought the weight would drop quicker. Was hoping to be under the 260s by the end of September but will be happy with meeting this 20lb goal.
  • Weigh in day!! only 1 pound but I am doing great. Congrats to everyone. I see your results and see the commitment.

  • Davisag - a pound is great! I try and visualize what I am losing. Just think... you lost 4 sticks of butter (1 lb). I have lost just over 5 lbs - or one bag of potatoes! Amazing when you think of it like that!
  • Haven't posted in a bit because I had a couple of cheat days and so I'm up a little. But I need the accountability, so here it is.
