  • Today I'm at 224.4! I think I figured out why I didn't lose any those 5 days. I was drinking diet sodas again, just for some sweetness. I quit drinking soda over the last 4 days and I've dropped 3lbs. So I guess no more soda for me.

  • Hello! Sorry I haven't dropped in sooner. My battery in my scale died...and so I left the scale dead for a little over a week because I kept forgetting to get the battery it needed. I will weigh in this Friday. I started back doing some Turbo Jam videos the past couple of weeks. I'm not sure I have lost any weight, but I feel a little better (after the initial pains of getting started again!). I am able to get most of the 40 minute workout done without stops in the middle. I don't know about you ladies, but I am so tired of thinking about my weight ALL THE TIME!!! It's so easy to gain...and such a pain to get it back off. But, I am feeling motivated...so let's see what happens. Hope you all are doing well and staying motivated!

    MonteCristo - those sodas are bad news. I like a little diet coke every now and then and I have noticed the up and down on the scale in the past. I've been trying to keep Lipton Green tea brewed and in the fridge for something different.

    Mothermavis - We love Disney! The only bad thing is ...we are going for the Food and Wine festival!!! Aaaargh! I am trying to lose weight to go and eat. Doesn't make sense, does it?
