7/21: 187.4/-4.6 lbs. (Well, 10 days left. It would be a miracle to meet my 11 lb. goal, but that doesn't mean that the scale still can't inch down more. I remain optimistic!)

Keeping track of weight variation on a diferent scale while at my parents's:

I´m so curious! Wish i could weight myself on my home scale!

7/29 = 83, 5

Just got home and went straight to my scale to weigh myself. I hit goal!

I'm so happy!

I'd NEVER lost weight while vacationing at my parents and/or travelling!

What puzzles me is the huuuuge diferent between scales (almost 10 pounds!).

11 lbs down in JULY. Enter into August with that "7" in the middle.

July 14 ~ 184.8
July 21 ~182.0 I am 2 lbs away. This is so close!
July 23 ~ 180.0 (After switching to 'week 4' of 5K training).
July 30 ~ 179.6 I MADE IT to my end of July goal!!!!!
