I am not sure who brought it up - but I plan on counting calories for at least another year once I reach my goal weight. Not to lose more - but I have been overweight all my life, and quite frankly, never had a normal eating pattern. I spent the last 15 months losing weight and eating at a deficit, and that is also not a normal eating pattern.
Normal - maintenance - eating needs to be learned, too, and therefore I will track and weigh-in for another while just to see what I need to do to maintain.
It's a lifestyle change
Anyways, guys, forgot to ask yesterday, is anybody giving up anything for lent? Not asking for religious reasons, in Germany it's very popular to refrain for 40 days. I wanted to go without the smartphone this year, but then decided not to because it's my sole means of communication basically so I feel like I can't.
Now I just do the traditional candy/cake/alcohol/soda thing. It's my birthday next week though, and my birthday is always an exception
