    Well it is awfully cold here today (feels like -30!!) and we must have gotten 25cm of snow from yesterday to today.....when will winter be over!!!!

    Well I am off to have breakfast and clean the car off......uggg!!!

  • gardenerjoy Yeah its 20 posts.. and I think you have to have been a member for 20 days also? I've been a member for years now.. but just recently got back so maybe I have to wait out my 20 days.. ?

    BUT... I forgot to weigh in this morning! I spent 45 minutes shoveling snow (literally up to my knees) just to get my car out of the driveway! 15 feet from the road, knee high and a car lenghth's wide of snow... wonder how many calories that burned?? lol I'm pooped!!

    Thanks everyone for the supportive words...it felt good to get it off my chest and I knew you guys would understand.

    I am feeling so sorry for all of you that got hit with the latest winter storm...We are so ready for spring here. I loved walking with my husband two nights this week. I just keep telling myself that we are getting closer to warmer weather everyday.

    Man it sucks watching the weight just march upward the past few days. I've been perfectly on track with calories and exercise, so I know it's going to start marching back down soon, but it's really discouraging.

    boatingmommy it's good to vent, better out than in I always say! Keep doing what you're doing, everyone will get used to the new, healthy you, that'll be your new normal. The transition phase is hard sometimes but we're not going back, right?!

    Weigh in day tomorrow so going to try and be good Woodstock I'm right back where I was last week, too, you're doing great, can't wait to be where you're at.

    tinajayne I see you got a ticker, congrats, according to myfitnesspal snow shoveling burns a lot if cals, got stuck in the house but thankfully not shovelable, however you spell that
