My March goal is to be solidly in the 170s. By that I mean being able to go to bed in the 170s and waking up in the morning STILL in the 170s and not crossing over into the 180s!
March 1: 183 lbs.
March 8: 182.6 lbs
March 15: 181.6 lbs.
March 22: No weigh in TOM
March 31: 182 lbs.
Well, it least it's less than 183!
