Are we lions or lambs in March? Let's be gentle in our self-talk and fierce in our determination to meet our weight loss goals. The monthly weight loss challenge is a great place to track your progress in March and, then, follow through with each monthly thread for the rest of the year.

While the scale doesn't reflect it, February was actually a very productive month for me. I started lifting heavy in early January and my body shows the difference. I'm excited to see what March brings!

I am in too. As the last two months I have been slow on weight-loss I am going to aim low and pray for high. I was 209.2 this morning I am going to make it my goal to get below 205 and stay below 205.
Plan: Exercise minimum 350 minutes a week. Step average for the week 14500 steps a day. Start working with personal trainer to get my weightlifting on board. Complete my race on March 9th and start 10K training. Food goal 1700 calories, no eating my exercise calories. I am going to give myself one cheat day a week which I will still count calories. That cheat day will be Friday's only. Gardner Joy: You only need to post my weight goal, I know this would be a lot to list. Thanks for starting this challenge again. |
