    I had a very successful first of March - overnight drop of 1kg! Woohoo. Though I must say, I decided not take that exam on Monday, so it might have just been the weight of that lifted off my shoulders

  • My weight loss goal for March is 10 pounds. I weighed in yesterday at 300 pounds! That is 7 pounds down from my starting weight of 307 10 days prior. Yes, I know it's probably most water but I will take what I can get. lol
