    Rsadler am touched by your idea of fasting, I usually juice or fast 2 days out of the week and have gotten away from that, so in a support of your Lenten fast, I'm going to commit to at least 2 days a week. Thanks!

    thank you guys on your views in RE: to lent. Like I said, it is more of a cultural thing over here in Germany, and I see it as a 'challenge accepted' kind of situation. And for some odd reason, if I decide not to eat candy because of lent I actually stick to it. Which is weird.

    boatingmommy actually I sometimes really wonder what a regular diet is. I think, chubby or skinny, most people have a messed up eating pattern one way or the other.

    BigChiefHoho yep, the only thing good about counting calories on maintenance is that you get to count more of them I salute everyone who can keep it up. I think it will be hard to get into that groove once the time comes.

    Rsadler126 you definitely going to give up for lent! I hope you have the will power to stick with it. My dad is doing a kind of similar form, and he is the so ready for Easter Sunday - like two days in. Good luck with it, and let me know how you're doing!

    Sherma - We all have slip ups, I had one last night. Went to Olive Garden to treat myself because I'm on a cleanse and can't have meat or much sugar. I've been very strict on my 85% vegetable diet. So I had some meatless pasta and 1 breadstick, a little salad. It wasn't so bad that I felt sick and gained a lot, but I still had a .4 gain. I'll make up for it today!
