Good morning just checking in. I weighed myself today and I am down 1 pound! I managed to see the superbowl without stuffing my mouth with unhealthy food. Although I must admit with so many commercials advertizing pizza it was hard. Luckly my hubby helped me and ate strawberries with me.
My weight on Saturday was 203.8 today Feb 3 I weigh 202.7
I didn't weigh in on the 1st, so i will keep my weight from Jan 31st as my starting weight. I have started out in thw wrong direction this monght but will turn this around now! I was out for a run on the weekend because the weather was permitting and realized that the last time i made signifigant progress (and found myself weighing 144) was in November at which time i was out running twice per week. The weather since then has keept me indoors and I'm realizing that I have not been getting the same burn on the treadmill, and also, lately, my trainer has wanted me to do intervals rather then "steady state" long treadmill runs. Looking back at Oct/Nov, i can definately say that the long steady state runs were actually working very well for me. I'm finding myself sitting here hoping that the weather improves soon. It isn't so much the cold, but i prefer not to run when the sidewalks are a mess of slush and ice -- its too dangerous!

Hey everyone!! I'm IN!! Thank you again Joy for doing this!!
I weighed in at 194 on January 31st so I'm going with that as my start weight (already a pound down!!) and I would like to aim for 7lbs this month as then I'm safely into the 180s (argh!! can't believe I'm writing that number!) and it's a healthy rate of 1-2lbs a week which is what I want to aim for.
So, my goal is to be 187 by the end of the month!
