I am down to 154.4 this morning, down .6 from two days ago. Slow and steady wins the race, they say. I weigh every other day and my goal is 10 pounds for the month.

I am so in! Good luck ladies! I am shooting to loose 2lbs/week for a total of 8lbs this month. So my official goal would be to weigh 269.4 by March 1st.

well, just to throw something on about it....I ate a small piece of cake with frosting tonight....numbers might not like it tomorrow. Wish me luck! Going to people's houses to eat seems to present a challenge to me even when everyone is very supportive. The meals were almost entirely low carb, which was really nice of them. Mist meals have a lot of starch.... or most for anyone I've known.

Hi I would like to join this challenge. My goal is 8lbs I really hope I can do it. I havent been in this site for a while but I am back and ready to shed these pounds for good. Also I am close to being in the hundreds and that is really exciting for me. I hope I can get there within a couple of weeks max if not sooner.

Feb 1 - 159.6 - sodium bump up (5.2 lbs! one day )
Feb 2 - 160.5 - TOM, not drinking enough water, only 16 oz. yesterday

Feb 28 - 151

Feb starting off in the wrong direction, will concentrate on getting my water in today, two days, maybe three of not drinking enough is definitely not helping the cause.

This thread is already moving fast, will have to get caught up!!
