Well, October wasn't great but I did manage to keep moving and complete the Lazy Man Marathon plus some additional mileage. Upward and onward!

Week One:
October 1: 60 minutes Turbo Kick; 60 minutes Body Pump 1400/120/1280

October 3: 54 minutes Turbo Kick 1280/54/1226
October 4: 47 minute run 1226/47/1179 [1/8 runs]
