Ladies, we have done great for this challenge. Maybe some of us didn't meet goals that we wanted to, but every single one of us now weighs less than we did when we began this challenge. I didn't quite hit my goal of 170, but I did end up at 173.2 & I'm pretty darn proud of myself & every one of you for sticking with it.

I wish you all the best of luck & am sure I will see you around as I plan to continue these challenges & participating at this site.

Ladies! I'm so ashamed to have abandoned this challenge for the last stretch. I have a really terrible habit of doing the whole "lalala I can't her you" thing when I'm disappointed in myself, which translates to staying off 3FC when I'm not losing.

But in case you gals are still getting notifications from this, I wanted to say congratulations! You did such an amazing job — I can't even believe how much weight some of you lost, and I can't believe some of you lost at all with what you were going through.

I also wanted to say thank you for sticking with it because even when I was AWOL, I was thinking about it, and doing the weigh-ins for the majority of the challenge are what kept me going. I didn't meet my goal, and I didn't do the insanely awesome job some of you did (stlrsgrl! Tontus!), but I lost 38 pounds, which is more than a tenth of myself, and I didn't gain it back even when I felt discouraged and wasn't losing, so I'm proud!!
