I just saw your signature and the round two tracker. I should join you on this. I want to drop about 17 lbs. Up for a little challenge?
I could use a swift kick in the arse, what did you have in mind ?

Same here. Hm, not sure what we could do as a side challenge.
Sarge seems interested too. I don't think a race will do since I am really losing slowly now and I don't want to speed it up. But maybe something like a min. days of workouts per week or make sure we lose every week some lbs?

sumnerfan: Thank you. I DO feel discouraged some days and some of these stalls have left me really frustrated (and I'm sure others here think I've vented about it much too often), but the important thing is to never let those feelings get in the way of your efforts. The loss you've earned always does show up eventually, and it is sooooo worth it to keep pushing in the meantime - when the weight finally drops, and you see the results of those weeks of hard work, it's such a feeling of accomplishment. Since my post two nights ago my weight has dropped 3.3 lbs - FINALLY that water is starting to come off!

Sarge: Sounds like the perfect challenge for you! I will keep my eye out for four more left-handed redheads.

Went for another run last night and it felt good, and I successfully managed a birthday dinner out with a co-worker and ended up with a 1100+ calorie deficit for the day. Goal, you are in my sights, and I'm coming for you!

Josey--- hahhahahah...who? Sarge? Up for a challenge?!?!?! Nah, then Gooey would start chasing me and try to kick my walker out from under me. Plus, I'm planning on losing the 10 I'm now focused on in about 2 weeks. It wouldn't be fair.

Carry on troops! Friday = make good weekend decisions!!!

See what happens when you skip a workout March?!?!?!

6 booze free days done, but now 14 minutes to cocktail time! Pokey, you clinking a glass with me? And those booze free days were good for a 3 lb loss. Can't wait for Sunday! It's not so much the calories from the drinks, it's the STUPID decisions Sarge makes when he's had a drink or two.

KEEP AT IT TROOPS!

Happy Weekend Everyone!

My arms are still sore. But I did some lunges, shoulder presses and crunches yesterday. I'm have a jog to get in later today.

Sarge-Great flowchart. I had to go find more to match yours!
(there's swearing...cover the kiddies eyes)

Now get out there!

Whew! That was ugly, but thank you, I'm feeling much better now.

I'm back, even down a few pounds. Ready to jump back in. So...what are we doing?

Pledged 3 / Lost 4 / pledging 3 more

Hiya Spanks! Welcome back! You asked what we're doing... it seems like many of us found our way back to camp via the holiday goodie crumbs that fell to the ground while we stuffed our faces. I'm back to drop 15-ish.

Good luck on your weigh-ins platoon!
