Rainbow - I think you're selling yourself short. I'm confident that you could complete at least a few reps of each of those exercises!

Jeanetty - I enjoy virtually watching everyone struggle through your challenges. I am focused solely on jogging and my 1/2 marathon...it is all I do.

Crunches - 20
Plank- 2 for 15 secs
Side plank - 1 attempted
Lunges- 2, 1 each leg not good for my knees so instead i did 10 jumping jacks which are easier on my knees.

Jeanettey, I'm sorry I haven't been doing the challenges - I look at them when you post them each week, but my body doesn't quite feel ready yet for core or abdominal work. I did try a plank tonight, but it was pretty clear within a few seconds that I still need to wait a bit longer before doing those kinds of exercises. I promise though that when I'm able I will participate!

Along those lines... I tried to do a little running at the start of my workout last night, and it didn't go so well, lol. I wasn't a runner to begin with, but I used to do a few minutes here and there during some of my walks. Holy cow though - those few minutes of running last night caused some strong abdominal cramping. I wanted to just stop walking and sit down, but I made myself continue and after about 20 minutes or so it went away. I don't know if it's the surgery, the endometriosis, a combo or what, but it really frustrated me.

Anyway, I'm off to the gym, and tonight will stick to just walking!
