Sabri thanks, it is nice to know I ain't alone, but also sucks to know that others feel or have felt this way. I went to the ER because my mama was asking me to. I really didnt want to since in aug 2010 I was in and out hospital for month with two different drain tubes and two different surgerys to have my gallbladder removed. So I try not to take anything and not go to DR's but I did it for my mama piece of mind.

Well update:

My glucose this morning was like 95 when I checked it. My bf is a diabetic so I was able to check it with his.

I went to the ER since my mama was wanting me to go. Well my BP was at first 240/98 then that waited a few minutes and checked it again and it was like 168/98. They said the headaches and light headedness was from stress and my BP being elevated.
They gave me a shot in my hip and something to help with dizzyness. They sent me home with some meds that suppose help with pain and lower my BP.... So I am just going to rest. My bf has been helpful and is being very loving and trying not to stress me any.

Also my CBC was abnormal.
everything else was normal.

My bf off today so don't know what are plans are, but hope I can get some exercise in. Not sure I will walk out side since it is cold as balls out..lol



Glad everyone is doing so well the first week of this challenge. Way to go everyone. Let's loose these annoying unhealthy pounds.

My new saying I am country Strong. It may be hard right now, but it will all be worth the "battle" scars. So lets keep on keeping on lady's!

Im back everyone!!! Thank You so much to the person who added my weight for me to the spreadsheet!!! feeling so good about my loss ... its not a huge loss but a loss is a loss... especially since I couldnt do my workout videos at my mums this week (dvd wouldnt play on her player ) but i kept as busy as i could and stuck to my diet even tho they were havin pizza and hamburger helper and snacks..... yummm.

Yesterday I started my half-marathon training group. I ran 6 miles in the freezing cold at a pace that totally kicked my @ss. Then I went out with my girlfriend (who I run with) for drinks. She's getting divorced (husband moving out tomorrow) and wanted to chill at the bar. I only intended to have one or two but the bar had my favorite beer on tap. I have never seen shiner bock draft in NJ before and got really excited. After debating having a third one, my friend (a teacher) ran into a few former students out with their parents and they bought us each another drink. In short I ended up running 6 miles, drinking 4 beers and eating a huge corned beef breakfast burrito before 1 pm.

Today I was up 2 pounds but I think it's mostly water weight. I'm really excited to start my training group though. It's finally sinking in that I will actually run a half marathon in April. This week I hope to buy a car. I'm waiting for the one I want to get delivered to the dealership. I also start my graduate classes and my new job (at the same place I've been working at since October). With all the craziness I have going on I'll be happy to make it though this week without a gain. Good Luck Everyone!!! Glad the challenge is officially kicked off.

Ooooh, charts! I LOVE charts. No star, but oh well. Slow and steady, y'know?

I was shocked to find myself down almost a pound this morning despite the rather carb-heavy meal I had last night (carbs always make me kind of bloat-y), so hopefully I'll have a pretty good number this week. I also started running again today (just 1.5 miles, but it's a start), which I'm really excited about. I kind of love exercising, as it turns out.

ARRRGGHH

Just found out the scales I was using weren't accurate as they were on too good a carpet

Since getting back to uni my wiifit has shown me my true starting weight >.< 8lbs heavier than I thought.. boo
