Oh dear, week one has not gone well. I'm stuck in the habit of being fairly good in the week then blowing it all at the weekend.
So this week I put on 3lb at the weekend, and I've only lost 2lb of it so far. This is the pattern I've been used to for years and years, and what's keeping me overweight. I'm going to try really hard this week to have just 1 day off, and try and be a little better on that day.
I find the one thing that sends my calories sky-rocketing is drinks, I've got a real soft spot for the Mars milkshakes.
On the plus side, I've got in 2 pretty good work-outs this week, and even managed 5K this morning on the Treadmill. Boy was that tough, but fingers crossed it'll help.
