I'm back in, and am going to get more strict with myself again! I let myself have a bit more fun in December, and that's ok, but back on the wagon now! I have my lunches planned out during the week, which is normally my biggest hurdle. Bring it 2012!

If you didnt even come close perhaps set a smaller goal for yourself something your sure youll hit then when your surpass it youll be more likely to encourage yourself.. and you can set yourself a new one.

I made a point to make a resolution that didn't involve losing weight, but just sticking to being healthier.

I'm in! I have my 3mos of WW so I have no reason not to stick to it! Hopefully I'll be halfway to goal (down 17lbs) but if I can say that I stuck to my eating plan, less eating out and regular exercise, I'll be happy.
