Hi! Can I still join the challenge? This would be great to motivate me to get started!

My goal is to lose 30 pounds. It won't be easy, but hopefully this will help me to stay in track.
EDIT: I decided to make my goal 20 pounds. I'm not sure it'd actually even be healthy to lose 30 pounds in 12 weeks, so...


Baseline: 1/5 220lbs
Week 1 : 1/12

Hey Guys,

Welcome to the Challenge. I'm really excited to get this thing going! I apologize for getting the first chart up late. Life is crazy at the moment, lots of work hours and lots of things to do. I don't know if I'm coming or going half the time. I ended up changing the color scheme for the new challenge so that it would be different from what the Holiday Challenge was. New challenge, new colors!! Hope everyone likes it.

Scarlett...thanks for posting the chart because it made me realize that i didn't put my baseline weight on there!! I am involved in a WW challenge as well, and had put my information on there, so I guess I assumed that I had put it on here as well. Just went and fixed it with what I weighed last Thursday (I weigh daily and track it anyway...so it came in handy!)

Scarlett! Thanks for doing this again! So glad to see this.

Somehow, after the last challenge and losing 7 pounds, and then traveling and beginning a new gig between 12/25 and today, I gained 5 of those pounds back! I need to weigh myself tomorrow morning to be exact, after at least one day of detoxing my body. Hoping it is mostly water weight but I guess we shall see! I would love love love to FINALLY reach my goal of 135...I LOVE to exercise, I dunno why I stopped. Something in me isn't right and I have GOT to figure out what it is before I go insane jumping around in these diff weights!

I think this would be a great way to get me back on the wagon after my thirty pound blunder. I'm so in. I hope to lose between fifteen and twenty pounds.

My goal was 10 lbs in 12 weeks, and this week i lost 4.8 lbs! Almost halfway there! I went from 223 to 218.2!

I would like to join also, what great motivation! My starting weight was 238.6 @ WW last Saturday (1/7), so I will be weighing in again this week!

My goal for the entire 12 weeks is to get back to 205 (where I was last spring, I had binged a little to much this holiday season- started at 225 around Thanksgiving and ended up here after New Years )
