Sniperhil - Getting out of the 150s has been a total nightmare for me too! My body seems to love 150-154. I was so stoked because Wednesday, I hit 149.6 on the scale. I know I shouldnt be weighing myself everyday, but I just wanted to see that 14something on the scale again yesterday morning. Well - that was a fail because even though I have been nothing but perfect on my diet this week, it went up to 151.0 again. And then today 151.8. Again - I've done NOTHING wrong in my diet this week. It is the most frusterating thing. I hate fluctuating, especially when my scale teased me with that 149.6 and I haven't been back since! Please stay strong with me.

I feel your pain! It's soooo frustrating to see a small number, get stoked about it, then gain half of it back! Or at least, that's what my body does. It's less noticeable if i only weigh once a month (what I did when I was bigger), but who has that self control? Don't sweat it, you're doing the right stuff, so you'll be back in the 140s soon. Being a woman has many perks (bullship ) that include gaining water weight if you're ovulating, before menstruating, taking a new vitamin, or trying a new exercise. Keep it up and we'll get thru together

Pinkberry

You have just violated rule #1 on weighing yourself: Never weigh after eating!!!!!!! Why would you do that to yourself? Just wait til you've had some time to adjust to all the salt you ate in the chinese food (and time to digest your breakfast!) and weigh yourself first thing in the morning after using the bathroom. I bet your weight be down. don't fret, it's ok for your weight to fluctuate

Hi Ladies,
I have been lurking here the last few weeks while waiting to get into the 150s. Today the scale said 158.8 so I'm going to join your thread! I'm so happy to be on the way down after baby #2! I am hoping to get into the 140s in the next two months and then goal isn't too far behind! Just a little about me, I am married, have 2 LOs a DS and DD, I LOVE to work out, and I am a calorie counter. I am so inspired by all of you and thank you for having this thread. I have been doing so much better on my journey since I joined 3FC it's been great. Here's to a good start of the week tomorrow and hoping we all see some good loss!

Hey Ladies... I started this thread months ago and then I became overwhelmed with wedding planning. Plus once I got my dress sized I was instructed not to lose anymore weight. But now I'm back, all married up and ready to get back on track! I see LOTS of new names... which is a good sign that many of the ladies I was hanging out with before have moved on to lower weights. So, hello! It's good to be back!

I weighed in today at 156.2. I've gained about 6 or 7 pounds back between the wedding, honeymoon, and after. Time to take that off and continue the trend downward.

Went for a 4-ish mile walk yesterday with my Hubby. It was so much fun! On our walk we saw a house for sale and we are going to go take a look at it tomorrow! I doubt we will go for it, even though it does have a lot of upgrades that we've been wanting but its definately worth a look and some number crunching. The best part is it had a pool! That would be amazing.

Weighed in at 154.4 this morning... lost 1.8 pounds since yesterday. The one good thing about re-starting is the quick whoosh you get in the beginning when you lose water weight and detox from the bad food you've been eating. I know it won't keep up but it would be great to get a few quick pounds out of the way. Before the wedding my lowest weight was 147.0 so it looks like I've really gained back somewhere around 7 lbs. Wow! I know what I got to do now!

vDub Lynxx - Did you walk 15 miles for exercise or was it just a by product of doing something else fun?

Um... Yeah!! That's amazing though, great job. Maybe your body is still repairing itself and hanging on to water weight or any calories it can, and you'll get a whoosh soon? I remember after doing South Beach phase 1 for two weeks completely OP i lost... 1 LB!!!! I was ready to scream! But then after a week went by on phase 2 (and I upped my calories a bit) I was down 5. So here's to hope, haha.

I'm at 156...down almost 5 lbs in a week. It's definitely the 'whoosh' factor but I'll take it!

Worked out 3 days this week so far and have been eating OP...I wanna get out of the 150s!!!

LOL it's definately love, not so sure about the young part. No, we are young-ish we are still in our 20's afterall!

Weighed in at 153.6 this morning. Yesterday C and I got up early and met my friend at the gym. Did 30 minutes on the elliptical machine and then 33 minutes walking on the treadmill. Walked the dog around the block when I got home from work then WENT BACK to the gym later at night to take a zumba class. The class was ok... was a good burn but I didn't like it as much as my other dance class. Didn't go to the gym this morning but will definately do something active tonight after we go look at the house.

Allybride

I appologize, I meant the early stages of a loving relationship. Not that it wasn't love. Me and my husband have been married 6 years (im 26, he's 29)and we fondly think of the early days and laugh at all the things we used to do to try to impress each other! Lol! Hearing about all the sweet things people do together just makes me gush

Wow, your exercise is killer! Good job!

Hello all! After MUCH MUCH of a struggle (from ****!!) to get out of the 150's...I weighed in the other day at 149.8 and to make things even better, yesterday morning I was 149.2...I dunno if it was me switching up my supplements/vitamins, or adding HIIT to the workout routine, but whatever it was..I am OH SO GLAD to be done with the 150's.

Now if the 140's are anything like the 150's I'll probably just shoot myself lol. But it's not about winning the race right? Just about getting there...

anywayyy soo happy to see many faces I know and a bunch of new faces. I've been creeping for weeks/months but didn't want to say too much because the scale wasn't budging!
