Wow what a perfect motivation. Just looking through, so many of you have lost the weight and gotten out of the 170s! For me perfect timing to jump in. I just got down that pound that took me out of the 180's. I'm in for checking up on this thread and hope I'll join all you ladies who have moved successfully out of the 170's before too long! I'm hoping to get there in 9 weeks. So 21st of june, I'll be seeing a 16something on the scale for the first time in years .

After a week away from the scale, I'm down between 168-169 (approx. 76.3 Kilos)!! If I stay below 170 for the next couple days, I'll shoot on down to the 160s thread and aim at a new goal! It would be amazing to see 159 before the end of the summer...

That's awesome!! Congratulations!!!

The bad news is I'm still 171. The good news is that I've been here for two months or so and it's been pretty "effortless" (it's all relative right?) to stay at this weight. So I guess I can look at this as maintenance practice. (that's what I tell myself). But really, enough, it's time to put in some "real effort" and get some more of this weight off.

I'm getting frustrated because I've been 173 since Saturday. I've even increased the resistance on the cardio machines I use. However, I have lost another 1/2 inch off my lower pooch since then and 1/2 inch off my saddlebag area. This is my fourth week of strength training with Chalean Extreme. I'm not sure if I should be happy with inches lost but no weight loss.

squishysquirrel: Definitely you should be happy with the inches lost and no weight lost! That probably just means you're building muscle, and the weight loss will come. Congrats on all your progress, and just keep at it! At least, that's my advice.

I'm at the same weight today as yesterday - -168-169. If I stay there another day, I'll move down to the 160s thread...I'm excited but I also know 168 is a big plateau weight for me, so I need to keep working hard!!

Ok so I thought I couldn't find this thread and started a new one! Here is where I wanted to be. It's motivating just to see how many people have made the move. I am almost as excited to be in the 160's as I am to see my goal weight. It will be a real change I have made in order to see a 10 lb weight loss. Going up or down 3-5 pounds isn't the hard part for me. I lose a little weight, start feel better about myself(as I should) but that often derails my efforts. I quit trying because I already feel so much better. But the the weight goes right back up. This is why I am so excited to see the 160's. I started off months ago at 186, and have plateued around 180 for awhile now. Time to get the scale moving down! I'm excited!

Looks like many have lift the 170's behind. Today I was back down to 179.2. Looks like most of you on this thread have moved on. Which is awesome. I'll be joining you all in the 160's......just 9.3 pounds to see that decade.....

Wow your incredible, 75 lbs! And you look great by the way! Although its great to have someone to chat with on this thread, I hope your outta here soon! That's awesome that you have done so well on your weight loss. I see your also tall! I;m so excited to really see the inside, and end of the 170's. My highest weight was 186 (that I actually stepped on the scale to see) But I have been hovering around 180 for a while now.
