hey guys-

i was away from the scale for a while but i signed up for the BL challenge and got it some new batteries hah

bah so i gained a couple pounds while i wasnt looking (sneaky sneaky!) but i am hoping to get back on track. on the other hand- i'm still in the mid 70s and i started in the low 80s. in the past, not working out or weighing myself would mean like a ten pound gain in that amount of time (MY BODY IS A FREAK! the way i hold and lose water weight is ridiculous).

anyway- i'm sad that i gained weight but lets be honest, i just wasnt doing the work

Gah.. I was SO close! Last week the scale said 170.6, then Easter weekend came and went.. water weight put me back up to 173 and its almost TOM.

Today was my weigh day! Last week I made it out of the 180s and was at 179.4, today my weight is 177.2! Soooo happy, I thought for sure my Easter dinner would put me at a gain!

I weighed in on Monday at 174.2! I'm hoping to get out of 170's by the end of April. My adult lowest at 25 years old was 163... it is crazy to think how close I am to that!!!

I was stuck in the 180's for months. Then, 2 weeks ago I joined WW and *WOW* I'm in the 170's!! My target is 160... I'm so close I can taste it. It's fat free and low carb. lol

I'm new to this thread. Weighed in at 178.6 this morning! Woo Hoo! I thought I was going to be 180 for the rest of my life! Happy to finally be here with you guys.....just not for too long.....no offense...lol!

I'm starting at 178. I fluctuate between 173 to 178 but have been at the higher end for a while now...I would love to see the scale hit 169...gotta get moving!!

Hey yall

I finally decided to come on over to the 170s thread... but for some reason I feel really intimidated. I've never been lower than 180 lbs (maybe i was in like the 6th grade or something...), so this all feels very surreal and almost out of reach. But I know it's not!! I've made it this far and I'm NOT stopping now!


Geez, just thinking about trying to get to the 160s makes my heart race... did you guys feel this nervous at any point in your weight loss? not sure what it is about the 170s... maybe just because it's so new to me. anyway, I'm so glad to be here! This weekend is gonna be tough (always is) but I'm really going to try to stay OP. Hope you all have a great weekend!

I'm in the 170's at the moment and so cant wait to be in the 160's, -sort of makes my heart race too!

stayed within calories yesterday and still went up a little, to 179.6. I really think I need a new scale... it was jumping around a lot this morning.

BUT I'm gonna try to make this another strong day. I didn't work out yesterday... prob should today. Tomorrow is weigh in day... I'm ready to change my ticker!!

So my scale was ranging from 176.6 to 177, so I'm going to take the mean as being 176.8. That's pretty good. My TOM also just arrived, so I'm hoping to have a whoosh by the end of this week. If I keep it up, I should be in the 160s by the beginning of May when I graduate. Yay!

Hi all, new to this thread, but figured this was the most appropriate place to say I've been stuck at 174-175 for days, despite good eating and exercising. I have to remind myself that if I didn't weigh daily all I would notice is that I'm down at least 2 from last week (177.something last Sunday). So hopefully this time next week I will be posting "Ugh, been stuck at 172-173 for days!"
